Vitera Wave 5-Year Warranty 

Thank you for choosing VITÉRA WAVE+. We are committed to providing premium quality and customer satisfaction. Your VITÉRA WAVE+ device is covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase. 

This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized sellers or directly from VITÉRA Skin. 

What Is Covered 

This warranty covers: 

 

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship 

  • Electrical malfunctions under normal intended use 

  • Internal component failure not caused by misuse 

  • Charging issues caused by manufacturing defects 

  • Functional defects related to the device’s red light, near-infrared light, or ultrasound operation 

 

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will, at our discretion: 

 

  • Repair the product 

  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model 

  • Provide an appropriate solution based on product condition and availability 

 What Is Not Covered 


 This warranty does not cover: 

 

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling 

  • Accidental drops, impact damage, or physical breakage 

  • Water damage, liquid exposure, or improper storage 

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering 

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or normal wear and tear 

  • Damage caused by improper charging methods or the use of non-approved accessories 

  • Commercial misuse or use outside intended personal/professional wellness purposes 

  • Loss or theft of the product 

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or other external causes 

 Warranty Claim Requirements 

 To request warranty service, customers must provide: 

 Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) 

Product serial number  

Description of the issue 

Photos or videos if requested for inspection 

Warranty claims without proof of purchase may not be accepted

Important Notes 

Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

Replacement products do not restart the original warranty period.
